Helping needy children Yaqar Project

The Community

The Yaqar Project partners with different organizations across 4 different countries!

Yaqar India

The Grace Kennett Foundation is an amazing organization in South India. The orphanage at this foundation typically houses thirty to forty young children and babies, and almost all are placed in families within two years! The foundation is also made up of an Eatery, a Seamstress Shop, and a Hospital, all of which serve to support the orphanage so the children can be well taken care of.

As of 2017, there are about 750 institutions housing 106,000 orphans in Ukraine, with the majority of them being “social orphans” who were abused or abandoned by their parents and were placed in the care of others.

Yaqar Project Join a Trip

The Yaqar Project visited The HOME Project in 2021 to connect with their organization and learn more about what they do. Through local donation, we were able to take several bags of supplies to Athens, Greece. School supplies, clothing, and toiletries.
